Chacón, a female employee who worked in Miguel and Melissa’s family’s home complex "Vistas del Turabo" in Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico, accused Melissa’s husband, Miguel, of sexual harassment in 2009. Apart from her charges against Miguel, Chacón also pressed charges against Miguel’s father, brother, and Melissa. Reportedly, Miguel intimidated Chacón by making suggestive sexual actions and indirect physical intimation for months before she finally surrendered to molestation fearing that she might lose her only means of income sustaining her three children. She was engaged in a sexual arrangement with Miguel for two months when she discontinued it as she was unable cope with it morally and  spiritually.
